One thing's for sure: The Axis (particularly Nazi Germany, PARTICULARLY Hitler) likely lost harder than anyone in history, ever. I can't think of anyone who got more universally ridiculed by both the media and the community so thoroughly for so long.

Germany in particular, lost because for every 1 thing they did right (strategically speaking) they did 2 wrong. They never produced strategic bombers (even if the Battle of Britain was purelly air based), they focused on building bigger, stronger, harder to mass produce tanks instead of improving the, still very up-to-date, models they already have and could mass produce without constantly having to readapt entire factory lines and workers, and their Kriegsmarine trusted too much on submarine warfare, wich was not only still very flawed, it would even fall harder to the new naval weapons everybody was producing at the time: marine mines, torpedo bombers, aircraft carriers and sonar (and mine) equipped destroyers.

Ehhm you know if Britain would be dead Americans would never reach EU as the only way they got across the Atlatic ocean was help of Britain so talking about Naval they were infront of anyone untill Britain gave up its secret projects to America and naval really Germany was on the bigest land pice so pretty much they werent even going to reach for America Japan was as Germany just needed time to take over EU as America went to EU first then to Pacific so you can't say **** about Germanys navy lol

1. I can say what I want.
2. Germany knew they would need naval to actually conquer Britain. or they would always have a bomb and bomber producing thorn on their side.
3. When Japan attacked the US, Germany knew they would enter the war, still they did nothing to improve their naval assets (wich were almost non-existing at that point because of their blind faith in submarine warfare wich lead to various humiliating defeat in wich even the weather was against them) to atleast make the disembark process a lot more difficult to the Western Allies.
4. There was no EU, just Europe, EU came a lot later, in the ending of the Cold War/Soviet Era. The begining of EU was however when a French General (a president at that time) visited post-WW2 West Germany and signed a friendship treaty. Can you name the two important EU/European historical figures?
