well this is my oc
Himori Arazaki *left have a long hair
and Kimori Arazaki *right yea erm... short hair
~~took 3 hour for make this one
may be this the smoothest drawing i ever made

I beg to ask for comment, criticism and suggestions for my work

wow these are good 0.0 The proportions on the bodies are all good too. The faces are good too but could use a little more work since they look a little chibi like to me but that's a matter preference. My only problem is that the guns look too flat & it ruins the 3D impression of the pic it self. To me the guns look half assed & or cartoon like while the characters them selves look rather professional. Shading is also top notch & other minor details like the belts & buttons are also very good.
All in all I give it an 8-10 since the guns poor quality ruins the rest of the picture. Seriously fix the flat guns, add a simple yet captivating background, & this would make great cover art for your own manga. I hope you would consider making a short manga of these 2 as I would be rather interested in reading it :)

you could take many reference for your colour scheme.. for this i suggest use Black Rock shooter CG picture.. any you think is good, and take it as sample colour..
to make the picture looks more good, try to use 3 colour variant such one for original colour, one for shade and one for lighting such my Naluri here: Moddb.com

ok this is very good but u can fix a couple of things :
first thing is with their eyes and facial expressions.
the second thing is the left gal's posture seems unnatural,her stomach is too much in the front.
all in all a great job.
