I always thought she looked a bit like Gumi, but oh well...
Yes it's a fan made vocaloid, but 1 that got really famous very quickly, she's Akita Neru, uses the same voice bank as Miku.
Neru is also part of the main cast of Chibi Miku-san (wich helped a lot her reputation)
now Akita is more popular using pitched Rin's voice bank, which is more fits her personality. :P
Yeah, you're right... i always get her voice bank name wrong -_- guess i'm just 2 used to so many fan made always using miku, miku, miku -_-
