Simple Install: replace patch.dat and patch.fat in Watch_Dogs/datawin64

Advanced Install: replace items.lib, graphickit_models.lib and shopsettings.lib in patch_unpack/generated/databases/generic

Tutorial on adding outfits and making new models:

In the items Folder, you will find XMLs of all the outfits you buy at the store, you can generate as many of these XMLs as you please but for each new XML added the hidkey needs to be unique, start it off with a hidkey like FFFFFF01 for your new item and increase the number as you generate more items.

As for the XMLs themselves graphickitmodelModel
specifies the Model for the outfit, models can be found in graphickit_models.lib, just open the XML of the model you want and copy the hidkey, add it as the graphickitmodelModel.

keep in mind that when converting items back you need to add a new line for your new item XML in items.lib.xml

The new outfit will also not show up in the shop unless you add a line in all clothing shops inside shopsettings.lib for your new item

To make new models, clone the model you would like to base your new model on, with the same limitation as adding new items, then modify the parts, or remove them by replacing the part binhex with a blank FFFFFFFF value. To look at different parts look at graphickit_parts.lib, you also need to add a line for your new xml in graphickit_collections.lib.xml like in items, then you are good to go with your new model and new outfit.
