Verdun is the first multiplayer FPS set in a realistic World War One setting, the game which started the 1914-1918 WW1 Game series. The merciless trench warfare offers a unique battlefield experience, immersing you and your squad into intense battles of attack and defense. The game takes place on the western front between 1914 and 1918, in one of the bloodiest conflicts in world history. The developers were inspired by the infamous Battle of Verdun France in 1916. The game includes many historically accurate features such as realistic WW1 weaponry, authentic uniforms and maps based on the real battlefields of France and Belgium.

It’s a big day for the WW1 Game Series today as our Eastern Front game Tannenberg has a release date set!Today we also released a small update for Verdun and we can announce that we have a big update planned!

Earlier today we released a new user interface for Tannenberg, and can now announce that it will be leaving Early Access on February 13th next year! Bulgaria will arrive to bolster the Central Powers, ready to battle for control of a new map which will also be part of the update. We also have a big update for Verdun on the way: the new UI will also be coming to the Western Front - as you can see from the videobelow, it gives a fresh new look while being clearer and more intuitive. It will be added to Verdun after we refine it further and get feedback from our Early Access players.

On top of that, bots will be added for the Frontlines mode, along with other new content and gameplay improvements. More on that soon!
