We ran a quick test yesterday to compare the results between realtime lighting and baked lighting (we've been using baked lighting so far).

Baked lighting can show some weird shadow artifacts, while realtime is cleaner. Also, sometimes the character looks flat while realtime lighting gets rid of that.

The problem is that realtime makes everything run slower. Keep in mind we have barely optimized anything, though, so framerates can improve a lot after we go through that.
