Just wanted to say thanks for this. Made a dozen communities and only had one white person. Its cool that you kept other ethnicities too. ITS OK TO BE WHITE!
No problem, the mod got deleted at nexusmods after 24hrs, by some american woke moderator, so this was the only place to post it xD
Funny thing is, that it does not actually remove anything, it just lowers the spawn percentage ratio, so there is still enough NPCs of all colors, including, if you count the preset/unique ones.

Sorry for the late reply, i log into moddb very rarely.
The question about the original percentages is somewhat non obvious.
There are multiple game parameters (ethnicities) that would represent visually more dark-ish spectrum, but only two or three that would represent a ligher one.
Basically if u sum it all up, it would be something like 5/1 in the favor of the dark. I don't exactly remember how i edit it back then, but i think it should be something like 60/40 towards the light side. I do have even stronger tuning for personal use, but i currently don't play SoD.

Thanks, i've recently seen the mod on basedmods. I completely forgot about that resource, so thanks to anyone who uploaded it there, the only issue ofc, is that i cant edit anything there, or add new-er versions, etc.
