This is a really old map froom 2006 by Captain Mazda. I couldn't find it anywhere on the internet so decided to upload it on moddb.

Mos Venur by Captain Mazda.
In the endless sand of the Western Dune Sea on Tatooine,
a city was recovered, buried as a result of several sand storms.
Archaelogists throughout the galaxy hurried to the wondrous site and
uncovered the port-city of Mos Venur.
Now there is conflict, the Clone Wars have ravaged the galaxy and
a large CIS regiment under the command of Count Dooku
has made its way to Mos Venur, attempting to secure the city and
use it as a tactical advantage to attack a Republic fleet near
Tatooine's orbit. The 71st Regiment under command of Anakin Skywalker
has been detached to stop the CIS plans and retake the city.
Battle ensues...
Now decades later, the Galactic Empire has been establishing a new
order throughout the Outer Rim planets. The last Rebel Alliance
battalion on Tatooine has stayed hidden in Mos Venur,
with the help of Luke Skywalker. But now,
Darth Vader has learned of the Rebel placement on Tatooine and takes
command of the 104th Iron Infantry to deliver a crushing blow to the
Alliance. Who will be the victor?
Mos Venur provides action-packed and flawless gameplay. If you're a
fan of close-combat warfare, full infantry battles, tank warfare,
starfighters, chaotic hero assault, and a city to explore, you will
be more than pleased with Mos Venur. So get out there and have fun!
Installation Instructions:
1. Create a folder named "MVR" in your
[Star Wars Battlefront II directory]\Gamedata\addon folder.
2. Extract the Mos Venur zip file to the newly created MVR folder.
3. Enjoy Mos Venur.

-Improvements to the city infrastructure.
I may make another version, but this could very well be the final.
Mos Venur was created by me, Captain Mazda.
The Zip file already has the map folder in it, so once extracted just move the MVR folder to your Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\addon directory. Ignore the Readme instructions as there is no need to create the MVR folder first.
