Tactics:
Romulans have poor shielding and hull, but strong weaponry, esp pulse and torpedo weapons. The longer the engagement, the more likely it will favor the enemy. Make frequent passes in the enemy's blind spot and evade torpedo strikes. 6 Impulse engines give this ship excellent maneuverability and top speed. Torpedo speed has been increased.
