In the 21st and 22nd centuries, over mining and extensive burning of fossil fuels throughout the world has reduced global supply, turning the world into a battle zone. By 2217 countries have pitted themselves and their citizens against each other until the world is left a carcass, almost lifeless.

With most of the population wiped out, leaving only a few million combined, the struggling survivors claw at whats left. A cruel new world. Close to all global cropland has been destroyed, and with almost every last drop of fresh water contaminated, starvation and disease follow. Few survive... but life gos on.

By the year 2327, the last remaining population has united and rebuilt itself using clean energy developed in the past and perfected over time. It is in this year scientists have made vast advancements in technology, discovering the secret behind interstellar space travel and time manipulation. This technology opened up new opportunities, discoveries and riches for all citizens. This also signaled the start-to-an-end; life surviving on the planet.

After falling debris from aging space stations built during the space race of 2114-2198 came crashing down to the planet surface, a mission called 'Frontier' was created. This mission, available to all who wished to join, was for one thing...survival.
