I'm proud to announce to you that we have reached 70% of our first kickstarter goal! We still need to push to get to our $35.000 goal so that we can also show you some of the amazing stretch goals we have in mind!

I also wanted to tell you that we have hidden a special Easter Egg in our Kickstarter Campaign It isn't easy to find (otherwise it wouldn't be an Easter Egg!), and people will need to follow a lot of clues to discover the final prize, let's see who find it first. It's always fun to work with pixel-art...

To finish here you have a summary of our last kickstarter updates:

Combat system update

Combat in Skara will not be a matter of feverishly hitting the same button. To stay alive in Skara, you will need to practice using well timed combinations, blocking and striking, dodging and initiating fatalities, just like in the best versus games.
The right timing will help you withstand your opponent's strikes and even break their own guard to initiate a counter attack. Action will be quick, and reflexes will matter a lot.
The action does not end there, either. We are busy engineering fatalities that will end your opponent's life with style.

Zem Moorlands arena update

The Lava Coliseum arena update

"Our soldiers require no description of the journey into the Khärn home city based in the roots of those mountains. It is a long and dark journey.
The dark is not like the dark when Celem's journey is done. The cold is not like the cold of the East Wind. Both are more like death. "
...description of the path to Khilma, home of the Khärn

Khärn update

Most of what is known about the illiterate Khärn comes from descriptions of them by Skara's other inhabitants. Here are some excerpts from the chief document about them, compiled by the Durno. ...The legends of Khärn brutality are difficult to overestimate. We Durno recite them as a matter of course to make sure young ones never wander away alone...
