I figured, since there is a Tamriel map for Civ 5, but why not Simcity 4? I looked on the internet for a bit to see if that even existed, it didn't, so instead of wishing for one I made Tamriel in Simcity 4. Feel free to download and govern your own Elder Scrolls based provinces! Credit goes to Bethesda for creating the Elder Scrolls series of epic games Place the "Tamriel" folder in the .rar file into the Simcity 4 "Regions" folder. Run Simcity 4 and there you go.
