Installation
------------
Step 1) Unzip ArenaCombatMutator.u and ArenaCombatMutator.int into your rune system directory

Step 2) Select Arena Combat Rules as a mutator when configuring your server.

Step 3) You may want to add ServerPackages=arenacombatmutator under the [Engine.GameEngine] section of rune.ini. I don't know if this is required or not. I do know that if it's not there and both the player and server have the mod it will work. If it is there and the player doesn't have it, he can't login. I don't know what happens if it's not added and the player doesn't have the mod.

Extended description:

This mod eliminates ALL runes from the map, unlike the no powerups mutator included in the game mine also removes the Health and Bloodlust runes. This mod also features low weapon damage and gives all players 200 health. The result is, I think, longer and more interesting combat. When one player kills another, the corpse will spawn a lightning ball that strikes his killer and heals him ala Highlander(allowing the next round of combat to start evenly).

I made this mod to accomodate my favorite playing style(no runes, low damage, long combat) while playing against a friend. While it is intended for 1 vs 1 play, it should work well with more players as well.. although I don't know how the health\low damage would affect the playstyle of a larger group, I would like to see it.
