I am at the point after taking the fire extinguisher from the lobby and putting out the fire but i don't know what to do next..
Can someone help me???

You need to drop the fire extinfuisher on the head of the guard outside the window in the first room. That's as far as I got.

After set the fire inside the ashtray you have to add the piece of rubber taken in the first depot (the one with the serum holder), the smoke will grow and you may go back to the entrance and try to take the extinguisher, seeing the smoke they let you take it...
After the fire is extinguished you may go to the window of the staring room and throw the extinguisher in the head of the guard down... Then you may tie the rope to the barred window from inside and use the serum holder to catch the rope... finally the escape!!!
