Focusing on the Battle of Stalingrad and surrounding operations, Heroes of Stalingrad allows the player to experience one of the most brutal battles in all of human history. For the first time ever in a first person shooter gamers will be able to experience WWII from the Axis side in a German single player campaign. As always with the Red Orchestra franchise, Tripwire will aim to deliver unrivalled accuracy and attention to detail, along with gritty, vicious combat in multi-player, co-op and solo modes.

good game!!

A wonderful game. Best gunplay in this type of FPS game ever, great realism just..great everything and first time i see a WW2 game with no f*cking americans and their battles all the god damn time. Tripwire finally did something that no other company dared or didnt wanna do, the battle between russia and germany with the ability to play as both side and actually bring something with an experience that makes big titles like battlefield and call of duty look like games with toy guns for mic whining kids.

Red Orchestra 2 is an amazing game. It will never beat RO1 IMO, but it is pretty fun to play, whether you're in a building, hiding away from the unforgiving artillery, or charging into a trench, bayonet ready to kill, it's a very original experience that most of the generic shooters of today will never compete to. There are many flaws in this game however, bad optimization, buggy cover system, and the stat system is a complete train wreck, along with the singleplayer being completely unplayable due to the braindead AI. Though when playing multiplayer, it's an unforgettable experience and it is definitely worth a try, by the time some of you are reading this, these bugs may have been sorted out completely. And thank you Tripwire, for making an incredible game and not charging ANY money for DLC.

Everything is fine in this game other than the bad optimization, toggle sights, and one key for bandaging, use, and cover

Great game

Great Game..

This is a stunningly awsome game with spectacular graphics but lacks some of the things from the previous RO's that kept RO fun but in the meanwhile this is a great game i'd say it beats the first one....just needs larger maps though.....

This game is great, only one to combine realism and arcade in a fun and coherent manner.

Game, that was pushed out too early. Eventhough when TWI had announced the release date and after the first time they postponed it it was too late to reschedule it. Original date should had been when the game would had been more polished. Now, exactly after 2 months of patching the game isn't finished yet and it can be seen in a player count. Still I enjoy the game and trust, that TWI will eventually get this game fixed and players starts to get back in the game.

Hopefully mods can fix the mistakes RO2 did. As long as the game wouldn't die before the mods starts coming out.
