Four years after the events of Pikmin 2, The President of the Hocatate Freight Co. has spent billions and billions to create a new device that will shrink anything, no matter how massive, to an extremely small size. To do this, sadly, The President built up a massive debt, and the deadline for repayment is closer than expected. Olimar and Louie are then called to return to PNF-404 to find more treasures from the planet, and to repay the debt once again. When the group arrives at PNF-404's orbit, a strange magnetic feild pulls the Hocatate Ship into the atmosphere at an alarmingly fast rate, and peices of Olimar and Louies suit are scattered throughout the planet. Unable to leave the planets orbit due to the magnetic feild, Olimar and Louie set out on their biggest, yet pocket-sized adventure yet! It's a green spoon with a wiener on top and a terrible walk cycle. The forward and backward walking just looks like the feet grow and shrink over and over again.

The death animation is just idiotic because the ghost is going to cut off. The ghost should be its own sprite or it should vanish quicker. The ghost just pops out and then gets halfway clipped and then pops out of existence. There's no transition.

The animation speed is not the issue here, it's the lack of frames and the fact that the few frames, which do exist, suck.

I'm not sure how I explained how to fix anything. The closest might have been telling you the ghost "should" be separate. But that's just a suggestion, not an explanation of how to do it.

Maybe if you were a real developer, you wouldn't need to have your hand held through your own work. "Please open your image editor. Now click this layer. Now delete this layer. Now start again from scratch because that first thing blew".

I will have to agree with the ghost animation. In the pikmin game, pikmin die in all kinds of manners, from being eaten to being electrocuted. The ghost animation should probably be a separate sprite so that we don't have to go back and add more sprites to the deaths.

Where's the details? It's just a black outline that got paint bucket filled in green and 2 eyes.

I am currently working on different animations that dont involve the pikmin.

Luckily, SeniorMeatbox decided to help out with at least one animation for a Pikmin in the game.

The green Pikmin will be our own exclusive Pikmin in the game. It was a fan made Pikmin that I saw while browsing through the internet one day and thought it would be a nice idea to implement it into this game.

It's purpose hasn't been decided yet.
