I like the bulbasaur deception, but it's obviously the voltrob in the sun.

Bulbasaur is so overpowered with leech seed. Clever dodging combined with spamming leech seed at long distances can defeat ALL the pokemon there. I even provoked 3 vs 1 battles and won every time. I managed to provoke charmander, bulbasaur, and squirtle to fight my bulbasaur all at the same time. I still won. I also provoked pikachu, pidgey, and rattata and won. Sure, I'm a good gamer, but that's just over powered. I was at full health at the end, and I could have easily taken all 6 on.
My suggestion: reduce the heal rate and damage rate. The mechanics of shooting are fine. But it's too easy to stay at full health and defeat all 6 at the same time.
