This is a kind of heavy atmosphere I would connect to a very damp, warm place. What I never get about fog volumes is why they can't be gradial. In a real situation you have all the hot damp air up in the room, all the cooler, clear air below it. The fog volumes/particles however are always evenly distributed which creates the kind of "after-shower" effect.

Description

Bunker 2 - Particle effects look heavy, that's what makes it look a little "washed out". Looks better in motion, lots of atmospheric effects like sparks, dust, stuff that looks a bit odd in screenshots.

The elevator in the back is broken, so the lift behind the doors has fallen, causing the light to flicker broken. The doors themselves malfunction and don't work, constantly opening and closing, casting a light glow over the room. The panel sparks on the side, to hammer the "busted" effect home.
