Outlaws patch collection 2024 file

Includes:

- A3D and by A3D, dsoal, oalsoft

- winmm with volume control working

- dgVoodoo 2.54 direct3D / dgVoodoo 2.82.3 glide with working conf

- reshade + shaders + preset

- updated regs/ deregs.cmd for appcompat

- gamesaves for start of each level

- scrollwheel support / Outlaws Mouse Helper

- fixed olwin.exe (keyboard bugs fixed)

- Outlawed (MP stats)

- olPlayerConfig.exe (MP player config)

- olMan.exe (Outlaws map manager)

- textured knife/tnt

- full oltex.lab (lawmaker) and backup oltex.lab.bak

Bonus:
- botpatch (not working for me)
- opengl renderer (incomplete)
- HQ sounds (unstable) (to try, you have to rename olpatch9.lab.bak to olpatch9.lab)

Usage:

- install Outlaws incl latest update

(Note: only tested with GOG version, but should work with any fully updated Outlaws with Track02-Track16.ogg in MUSIC-folder)

- copy all files to install folder, overwriting existing

- run regs.cmd

- run olcfg.exe and select
graphics configuration:
- Direct3D and the highest res available
-> waterfalls sometimes buggy (white texture)
- Glide and the highest res available
-> no water transparency
sound configuration:
- Aureal A3D Interactive, check CD-music enabled
- run Outlaws Launcher.exe and create shortcut

-> launch from shortcut (..and try to meet an innocent man)
