[Minimod] - Entity Restriction file - Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising

Extract the data_win zip file to your Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising route directory to form the following dir structure:

OF Dragon Rising/data_win/engineer_defs/entityrestrictions.xml

Note it is most likely necessary to include this mod with any maps you create using it as the target machine needs to unlock the entity limit also to prevent the greyscreen bug.
