by something else do you mean a ramp?
you could make that ramp flat, then use a texture that looks like 3d stairs. make use of good shading (textured shadows)
That looks really good! Thats definetly not something easy to make in Worldcraft.
I'm definitely liking the dwarf railing. Not sure what you used to scale it but not bad at all.
I guess we will do with it ! tis better than nothing for the good old PSP.

That would be too lazy and to have the texture curve around the stairs like that would be hard and wouldn't look good
but it would help optimize the map working towards getting it to run on the psp...
Why not use a model for the details?!

kinda funny that the psp cant handle your stairs...
why just dont toss it in a Pc version since you already have it done ?
