Naruto: Naiteki Kensei is a free stand alone game that offers a unique fast-paced experience based on the hit Japanese anime Naruto. Players are able to compete online using a system that combines aspects of a third-person shooter and an action-based fighter to provide a new thrilling experience. Nice effects! My only gripe is the heavy rain isn't, heavy enough lol.
You can make it as heavy as you want, that's just the setting we had it on while taking the video. :)
Looks like the effects move with the player, guess you can't ask for to much from a goldsrc mod

rain needs clouds! And if you make heavy fog, make sure you wont be able to see the sky. Every damn game does it wrong. it's weird to watch up to see a something high up with clear sky behind it but the object all grayed out by the fog.
Nice effect, but trees and more terrible.
