Mikhail's Magical Masquerade is a 2D sidescrolling shooter in the vein of games like R-Type and Ikaruga. You control a sorcerer named Mikhail on a quest to reclaim stolen donations to Extra Life. Mastering the elements of both fire and ice, you can switch between them at will, and must do so in order to defeat oncoming enemies and protect Mikhail from their attacks.
The game was made in roughly one week in an attempt to help promote Extra Life, a charity fundraising drive attempting to raise money to benefit a variety of hospitals and pediatric care centers.
