MicroBattlefield is a voxel-styled, one-button RTS. The players are in charge of managing their resources and choosing which units to order into combat. The combat itself is ai driven, leaving players time to enjoy the carnage instead of micro-managing the battle.
In this sense the development is focused on providing pleasing visuals, units casting shadows, day/night cycles, voxel based fracturing of units and buildings in explosions, action cam etc.
The engine for this game is custom built, based on MonoGame and JitterPhysics. The release plan includes most platforms that supports Mono.
