Luminesca is a chilled-out underwater exploration game which follows the story of a little creature called Lum. Using the light from your esca you can explore the dark watery depths, uncover ancient machinery, and play with a whole ecosystem of strange creatures. Luminesca is a simple game which intends to create a rich, atmospheric experience.

Also, fog shouldn't appear black over darker areas like those pipes.

It'd be neat if you used symmetry to throw the player off every now and then.

Not entirely sure what you mean about the fog appearing black... The pipe sprites are black themselves, and as the fog is in front of them they are tinted the colour of the fog. So you can see the big curved pipe on the right is tinted whereas the foreground is solid black. Can you elaborate?
