Well I'm sorry, but so far we make walls out of STONE not of scrap metal. Just making a comparison between the spiky scrap helmets that some Dust Bandits have and the gatehouse. No need to be a **** about it.

Awesome, didn't make sense that you suddenly have thick concrete(?) walls immediately, looks perfect for the makeshift beginner walls. Although the gatehouse does look a little 'bandit' more than settler, barbed wire is fine and makes sense but spikes coming from the walls points more towards the camp being of an evil nature.

And this is just a minor nag, almost infinitesimally so, but unless you plan to have multiple possible models for the gate, using visibly distinct components calls into question the exact rarity of the materials used. I'm of course looking at the struts by which the gate is to be suspended. Mainly because they're bent and look like they were simply salvaged, not constructed with their new role in mind. And let's face it, even a low tech settlement would be able to do some simple degree of smithing.

I can actually think of a couple designs that use the exact same shape as this gate, but I think they'd only be fitting if you got to choose how the gates function, and they got refitted accordingly.

Dont think walls with spikes makes you evil, rembember when i was a lad broken glass placed on top of walls to stop trespassers. only the law changed due to health and safety put the stop to it.

Might be an harpoon gun, or might not be a gun, it seems like a gun to me too, but looking closely the tip seems kinda "big" and somewhat sharp, might be indeed a harpoon gun, or a weird sword o.O.
