Garry’s Mod is a sandbox mod for the Source Engine. Unlike normal games there aren't any predefined aims or goals. Players are given tools and are left to entertain themselves. Hey, its on steam, its completely safe if anything is on steam. If she thinks steam is not safe, go to the store and show here the fallout: new vegas game case, it says on the back it requires steam. So then she'll know steam is safe.
