Garry’s Mod is a sandbox mod for the Source Engine. Unlike normal games there aren't any predefined aims or goals. Players are given tools and are left to entertain themselves. Why are you asking him that? Is something wrong with the models he used?
The textures aren't lightwarped and that requires DX9 or above; it's the shader parameter that gives TF2 its illustrated look. It can be applied to most bumpmapped models in Source and this is what the TF2 ones look like without it.

this is very high VGA "GTS 250"
Then use direct x9, and use a different map, because Gm_construct is low quality.
Unless it REALLY needs to be in that map.
Other than that, the posing needs a lot of work.
how i can install DirectX in Windows 7? and my DirectX stupid..
in DXDIAG it was DirectX 11 but in my Garry's mod it was DirectX 8.1 how to resolve that problem?
especially it's was DirectX 7 and this in my Laptop not my PC..
