Actually because we don't see him. I downloaded a custom model, i wanted to make him look mysterious. We don't see him in-game so i want to keep the mystery still working on.
And actually Gordon didn't have the HEV suit, he was in civilian clothes... But what you gonna do

in the onemanshow's gordon it has a citizen gordon, hev, hv hl 1, scientist, combine armor and rebel clothes
