The lens flare is hurting me eyes.
Also, the muzzleflash is misaligned.
It's just your eyes :D
And about the muzzle flash, i think it's ok to be like this, like the muzzle flash is misaligned because of the gun's high recoil and fast fire rate
Yep, the muzzleflare goes up while the gun is pointed down, that sure does make sense, nothing wrong about that, yep, yepper /sarcasm.

The lighting **** thats goin on is ******* insane. Seriously It may look cool but that is major eye **** you got there. Whatever is on that crate is pretty distracting too. Remove that lighting **** you have there, that purple thing, and you'll be Okay.
Turn the glow down a lot, turn the distortion effect off, And then the pose will look Much better.
