Level Backgrounds image - Fusion Shift

First few iterations for the main level scrolling backgrounds. In-game these will be separated into multiple layers each moving at independent speeds.

Layers:
- Level main (1024x1536)
- Space junk (dependent on level)
- Star generator
- Cloud variations
- Planets
