It’s been a very interesting period in our lives, even though our campaign didn't succeed, we have managed to bring Frozen State from a bare concept to a playable alpha in less than a year. Yes, we had to cut down the size of the world, sacrifice or delay some features and keep the visuals relatively simple, however, it is still the game we wanted to make, and we’ll keep improving it.Of course, there is yet a lot of work to be done, but, I think, we've reached a point, when we should reveal the fruit of our labour. In a couple of weeks, we are going to release our very first alpha. Before we do so, I’d like to ask you about a small favour. As you may know, our team is lacking a native English speaker, but we want to be sure that everything is written in proper English, and doesn't look odd. So we are looking for a responsible person(s) who has some spare time and desire to help us in this matter. If you think you are the one, feel free to contact me firstname.lastname@example.org .
We redesigned our website and reopened forums. If you were registered there, I'm afraid, you have to do it again, but it shouldn't take long;) If you find any mistakes/typos on the website or have difficulties with registration on the forums, please, give me a shout and I’ll fix it.
Last week we submitted Frozen State to InideCade (international festival of indie games). So you may meet us there in October, if we get selected by the juries.
Snow Arc Team.
A few nice renders of the in-game props, enjoy ;)
