Description
This is a character editor for Interplay's Fallout 2 which can edit your character stats, perks, skills and more.

This is a character editor for Interplay's Fallout 2 which can edit your character stats, perks, skills and more.
Before using this editor, you should make a backup of the savegame you intend to edit just in case . This editor modifies SAVE.DAT only.
Also note that the editor does not limit the values you may enter in certain fields. Don't expect the game to work reasonably if you enter unreasonable values.
Known Bugs/Features:
- The age displayed shows the age of your character at the start of the game and not the current age.
- Changes in stats due to certain perks, traits, radiation, addiction and injuries are not taken into account. Thus the stats you see in the game may not correspond to the ones in the editor.
- The editor won't work on games saved in combat mode.

Doesn't work. Fallout 2 GOG, Vista. Selected the right folder, hit open, no effect.
Same for me it i even tried to direct it to the file it self but it dident show up in the menu but its in the folder
I only got the editor to work once. When I try to go back and edit the character again it does not list the saved gems in the window. What am I doing wrong?
Same thing happened to me. It won't detect the save files.

How do I open the editor? Once I press save and install it just doesnt work. And when I search for it on my PC it doesnt appear.
does nto work with steam version :C but be something they did to it... wish soemone was still workign with this.
You have to point to your fallout 2 folder, not your save folder.
great mod, very useful in beginning of game as a sort of "head-start" can you add status changes? like poisoned, radiation,addicted or crippled limbs? that would be very useful.
