Pretty significant changelog this time with a bunch of cool fixes and additions!


Change cloak cost for amphib factory to 5 energy
New sprite for energy core collection clearly denoting the +5/+5 income
Energy Cores are no longer reclaimable via traditional means (fixes bug of only receiving +5 energy from cores when being reclaimed manually)
Added sprite for when drones get spawned
Added sprite for when manual reclaim is used on a map feature
Add sound effect and animation for when a building is canceled due to low power.
Make actionfinder default when you are a spectator
Cause idle workers to automatically reclaim, heal, and assist
Add Minimap Events notifier
Fixed missing texture elrpc.png bug
Fixed Area Mex not working for underwater mexes (Big thanks to Niobium and Knorke!)
Removed the red range ring from the Hover factory (unneeded)
Buffed HeavyTurret damage modifier to 600% (400%)
Gave hover and allterrain heavy tank destroyers 50% damage penalty vs buildings (and fixed descriptions)
Fixed underwater structures not being able to be built
Fixed underwater buildings costs
