Dungeon Prospector is old-school dungeon crawler/roguelike. You're in infinity dungeons (in length and width) full of monsters and treasures. How far can you go and how long can you survive?

I'm glad this game is still being worked on because in its current form it is frustrating and pointless. All you do is walk around a largely empty map hitting the same few monsters until you die. There doesn't even seem to be a map (although I could be wrong because it doesn't have any instructions).

The combat is awful, just click until they die (you can't even hold the mouse button down, you must click 2-3 times each monster). You can pick a few things up but what do you do with them? There are doors but they are just 'for decoration' and can't be opened. There is a 'load' function but there doesn't seem to be a 'save' function, not even a checkpoint autosave (or maybe there is and I just never found it because I got rather too bored to try).

The whole game feels somewhat ridiculous.
