D2SPEM mod has been converged with skiller mod to make for better end game builds and do more damage than previous vanilla skills for better end game transitioning on /players X scaling. all credits to Zomb for his awesome vanilla tweak skiller mod to make the game more viable for end game builds. and better use of gear. just drag and drop and overwrite if neccessary, and ready to go. into base d2spem diablo 2 folder.
