This is the progress done for the next level , without cheats or really devoting time and energy zealot is a pain in the butt so i decided to have fun and try my luck at the next level preferably without cheats (yeah right). Unzip this in your Documents Folder and make sure you run and play a bit Dead Space 2 before unzipping it :(Thus overwriting any saves)):
