Agree Disagree

The game is a first person shooter which has an interesting storyline and innovative gameplay. Between the cool features that it presents, i can highlight the Mental Echo (which is the ability that the player has to enter into other character's mind and change the past with the purpose of saving them) and also, the player must use Heat Sources (such as lights or stoves) to replenish health. I like when there are quiet parts and the enemies appear suddenly to attack players (typical survival horror feeling!). What i don't like about this game is that the bosses are scarse - it would have been great if the developers added more of them during gameplay - and another negative thing is that some levels feel linear, presenting same design and enemies... But it's a good game, i recommend it.

Very interesting game.
I like the twist on heat, and the victim's-past-life-experience-thingy.
A little too linear for my taste, but the narrow and enclosed environment makes up for it a bit. Nicely detailed environment, just wish I had more options in exploring it.

I'm not being a griefer here. In fact, the opposite. This game held so much promise when I first heard about it, yet within two hours of playing the game, I was both unimpressed as a gamer and as a designer. This game feels a bit too much like the game designer is trying to make something stark and interesting on his resume rather than focusing on actually making the game interesting. After getting stuck, whatever interest that remained within myself was gone, and so are the $3.28 dollars I spent on this game when it was on sale on Amazon.

I realize some people have found a love for this game, but honestly, the lack of polish and the bad peformance combined are just deal breakers. Hydrophobia, Dark Void, these are flawed games I can vouch for. Not Cryostasis.
