Coldenlight is a free cooperative action-adventure game with a strong focus on open-objective based gameplay. The Coldenlight: Survival Horror Alpha is currently available. (The final game will be free, what you purchase is early access and alpha content that will not be released for free)
The alpha version of Coldenlight: Horror Plains is now available on Desura.

The alpha version of Coldenlight: Horror Plains is now available on Desura.
What is currently available is an alpha level from a set of levels I will be releasing just before Halloween.
This level itself will not be featured in the Halloween release, but it contains many important aspects of the release.
The final game (and a few other early releases) will, of course, still be available for free;
But you can purchase early access to the game for a very low price.
Purchasing the alpha grants you early access to all future releases, meaning you get exclusive content, removed content, alpha and beta versions, and early access to the final game.
Alpha funding could drastically improve the rate at which the game is developed.
Even more valuable then purchasing the game yourself; spreading the word about us on social networks:

Allready have steam, i don't want another thing like desura.
Are you going to release the final version on steam or at least without desura?
Yeah, it'll be downloadable off this page. You should check out desura though regardless. It's pretty nice in comparison and has a lot of cool indie games.
Right before Halloween I'll be releasing a nicer version for free. It'll be available here on IndieDB
Hopefully the poor frame rate in the video is by design??
Why would that be by design? The game itself runs perfect. I had a little trouble recording video out of the UDK. If you know a free program and good settings for it let me know. Videos in the future will look better of course as I get closer to better settings, but at this point it is more important for me to spend my time working on the game opposed to videos. If you look at any of the screen shots its apparent the video is pretty shoddy.
Also, when i ask Why would that be by design? I don't mean it negatively like a smart *** I am truly curious if there is some purpose in horror. The way you say it it sounds like there may be some purpose?
Runs perfectly for me, and its both strange and beautiful to see.
However, I recommend for a less dizzying experience:
press the tilde key '~' and type: Fov 90
you can also invert your mouse by typing in "mouseinvert 1" I believe.
Thank you, Youre! I'm glad it works good for you and thanks for suggesting the Fov/mouse commands to players.
