Conquest of Elysium 3 is an old school fantasy strategy game. You explore your surroundings conquer locations that provides the resources you need. Resources needed vary much depending on what character you are, e.g. the high priestess need places where she can gather human sacrifices, the baron needs places where tax can be collected and where iron can be mined. These resources can then be used for magic rituals and troop recruitments. The main differentiator for this game is the amount of features and special abilities that can be used. The game can be played on Windows, Linux (x86 and raspberry pi) and Mac OSX (intel and powerpc).

How do I use them?
Is it on the map screen?
What button should I press?
Maybe I'm blind or something but I cant find a place that tells me what I should press to be able to type them.

Let me guess. You are a Windows user?
Which windows do you have? The command switches go on the line that starts the game.

USUALLY for Windows if you right-click the icon that starts the game and scroll down to pick "Properties"..
you should see a line that actually starts the coe3.exe
if that line (usually called Target:) happens to have quotes around it then AFTER that last quote sign you would add any command switches you want the game to use. So on my windows xp desktop computer one of the shortcuts I have for CoE3 has a Target: line that reads like this....

"F:\Program Files\coe3\coe3.exe" -dd -f --graphs --rename --battlereports --fastexit --autosave=DUH --gamelog=scores.txt --commoncause --clusterstart --mapw=33 --maph=159
