Conquest of Elysium 3 is an old school fantasy strategy game. You explore your surroundings conquer locations that provides the resources you need. Resources needed vary much depending on what character you are, e.g. the high priestess need places where she can gather human sacrifices, the baron needs places where tax can be collected and where iron can be mined. These resources can then be used for magic rituals and troop recruitments. The main differentiator for this game is the amount of features and special abilities that can be used. The game can be played on Windows, Linux (x86 and raspberry pi) and Mac OSX (intel and powerpc).

Hey Guys,
I have played about 13h of Conquest of Elysium 3, and I must say, it is teriffic! :)

And after sleeping some hours I woke up with with this concept for a new Class.
Although i have not grasped the game in its completeness, i find the first imressions and thoughts are best, thats why
i decided to share my concept with you.

As you saw in the Topic, i give this Class the name of "Celestial Emperror", in resemblance of the Chinese Emperrors of old.

The Celestial Emperror starts in his "Forbidden City" with his personal elite life guads, which i will explain later. Also,
to his side stands one of his many sons who is eager to succeed his father and accumulate even more "Glory" than his
father has.

The special resoure "Glory" of the (current) Emperror increases with the land he controls, the victorys he
has with his army and the fortune he spends on great and grand Architecture. Since he, the Celestial Emperror is
already the highest beeing on Earth, direct descendant of the gods, there is nothing he needs himself to upgrade into.
Instead he can spend his Glory on aquiring things that will be remembered forever, like special armor that has been
blessed with the earth of an Ancient Battlefield. Each Emperror of course has his own special headgear,
gloves, weapon or shield.

But, what if an Eperror has long since seen his most glorious days? His many sons, which command
his troops in distant regions of the world, already plan his fall. Maybe the Emperror overestimates himself and
engages a battle with insufficient troops and finds a sudden death, then the son with the strongest army among them
would become the new Celestial Emperror. Though that is not so easiely done, since the most powerful units in the
Emperrors arsenal are his elite life guard, who are most loyal to him and never leave the Emperrors once they are
under his command. The "Elite Life Guard" only fight on few occassions, most of the time they stand in the mid row and
protect the emperror (percentage chance of taking damage instead of the Emperror). But if they have to fight, they
go berserk and sacrifice their lies willingly to their Leader.

Anyway, Emperrors often die most curious deaths. With an uniqe and (hopefully) strong personality, the new Celestial
Emperror will lead his troops and give them various bonuses in combat.

With the glory hungry nature of this leader, troops must quickly be raised, they can be trained twice a month at the
forbidden city. There are standard troops, archers and ballistas to his disposal, but also men who hold the crossbow
up with their feet and pull with the rest of their body, giving them exceptional range so that they can fire one arrow if siegeing.
Sometimes even famous Kung-Fu warrior monks offer to do service in the Emperrors name, though they tend to die quickly,
fighting furious in the first rank, leaving the troops without a commander.

A Emperror who can look back on a long line of successful ancestors often has inherited a set of the finest and most
astounding battle armor and may even have enough Glory to be able to call upon the aid of Celestial Dragon Beasts.

* Celestial Emperrors gain 1 Glory for each terrain tile they can see every month
* Victorys in battles also give Glory, dependant on the total HP of the slain enemies
* Glory can be traded at a rate of 3 Glory per Gold (buy only) #this includes this whole "Architecture" thing
* Can train 2 troops a month at Castle
* A Emperror may forge a special Item, unique to him. #eg. other Emperror, other item
* Only one Emperror at a time, Prince automaticaly upgrades if Emperror deceases

Unfortunately im not much of a maker, so feel free to rename and use parts or all of the inspration gained in this post
for your own mod.
Also write your own inspiration down so we can get somebody excited to actually "make" this Class ;)

greets,
Technophylon

Since you can'tr technically create a new resource, you'd have to convert an already existing resource to a new one, like the Megalomaniac mod.
