Claustrophobia: The Downward Struggle is an indie RPG roguelike, with a retro graphic style and a terrible sense of humour. The game takes place in a series of ever descending randomly generated dungeon floors, packed full of monsters to slaughter and loot to pillage. The game plays like a traditional roguelike, but with a clean UI, a slick, action orientated combat system, and a massive range of enemy types, skills, gear and room designs. With features like crafting, skill trees, characters development, and just-one-more-room style gameplay, Claustrophobia is a love letter to traditional RPG rougelikes. Create your ideal hero, build your own custom class, then set out on your quest for glory, slaughter, and anything shiny!

What do you do with the charged crystals, and what do you do with the uncharged crystals? |

1 Crystal + 2 Planks of Wood crafts a staff. The greater the rarity of the crystal, the greater the rarity of the staff. Edited by: TheIndieForge |

I have yet to find a use for string...I'm guessing I combine it with something? |

Hi ! I'm having trouble crafting things that require more than one item (like wands and bows). I put the planks and the string(or crystal) on the anvil but nothing appears in the window... It works fine for leather or ore... Is there a way to separate stacks of material ? |

You can only craft one item at a time. It isn't like Minecraft where you can spam create items or shift click and make all of possible (which I would like to see in the game). |

Yeah I know we can't craft more than one item at a time. What I'm saying is that nothing appears in the result windows when I put planks and crystals on the anvil. |

Right click will place one item from the stack in your hand. However, this is not the problem as you can craft even with a stack placed. The problem is more likely that you are using materials which you are not a high enough level to use. For example, green items require a crafting level of two, blue four, and purple six, as they craft rarer and rarer items. |

Hi thanks for the tip, it actually did the trick ! But crafting using stacks doesn't work when there are more than one type of item involved in the recipe, at least here (bug?) I've attached a screen. It's a weak string and a bunch of planks. As you can see it produces no result, but it works if i separate all the ingredients.

Ah, no, I didn't make myself clear. As odd as this sounds, you need to have the right number of cells full of items, but you can use stacks of items in each cell. So, you could have a 2 stacks of wood and a string, and that would work. ~TheIndieForge |
