Hotfix for B-52 Rebase issue, updated Tech's so that gas turbine engines and turboshaft now require radar and combined arms - updated Rafale and Eurofighter to now be true multirole aircraft (Fighter and Bomber) - changed SR-71 range to 75, hopefully will reduce crashes.
