THIS WILL PROBABLY BREAK YOUR SAVE!!!! Fixed Ansaldo SVA animation Added Air Rebase with Allied City States into the game, you can now rebase, and keep up to 5 planes with them. Added Keyhole Project - Reveals all cities on map when wonder is build, requires satellites tech. Now you can attack without LOS. Thanks to WhoWard69 for those. I wasn't able to get the Airbase mod into the game right.. still working it.
