Entertainment Mandatory is proud to present the full release of Citizen Participation Mandatory, a 3D twin-stick arena shooter set in a dystopian future. The player takes the role of a manager forced by the government to run a battle arena tournament named Killapalooza, in which contestants are pulled from the overflowing justice system to compete for their lives. Literally. As the manager you have an inside hook into the game, allowing you to mind-control a contestant and rig each year's tournament to your benefit. By appeasing one of three factions you'll be able to escape the mandatory sentence and enjoy the well-deserved freedom.
