The concept is the same as a marathon, except you play the role of a circle: CircleThon! The game will have online and offline availability. It is a 2D Bottom-Up platform scroller with the aim of increasing your score as the game gets faster and faster as time goes on. You will also be able to level up your circle and collect cPoints to buy upgrades to your circle.

Scoring is getting there slowly

Once I sort out a proper leaderboard I will be able to release Alpha V 0.2 to test how multiple uploads to the board are handled and can then decide the most efficient way to handle that.

My plans for now are getting a leaderboard working with a standalone version of the game, and then after that I will start on the player customization and upgrades. Once i get that done i plan on starting the actual menu of the game. I know I should probably do it the other way around but this is how I have the whole thing set in my mind and on paper.

If you want I can upload scans of all my plans I have on paper. Let me know what you guys think :)

Demo

Earliest build so far. Not much regards to audio but the general gameplay idea is there. Second screen is going to be the menu with options etc, for now...
