This is a RTS game based during the Vietnam War. There will be two main factions- United States ,and NVA ( North Vietnam ). There will be two campaigns, A US and NVA campaign. In the US campaign, you will help fight three of the biggest battles in the Vietnam war. In the NVA campaign, you will help a small company stop the US in their tracks. It will be hard but you will have a couple tricks up your sleeve. There will be multiplayer for this game with many features never heard of before. One is the Scenario Play , where you get to play a scenario online, either play with friends, or against them in a mission/scenario type game. It is all being developed by Psycho Knight Studios. We all hope you support this game all the way through. We will have our first videos about the game up soon.

This is the M-60 made by acwel. This is obvisoly un-textured and no its not Google Sketch Up!
that one was fun to make......altho there is a smoother version of both the mig and the m-60......
I find this a nice model :)
goodjob sofar.
EDIT:
Ohhyeah and there isss something i find abit odd about this.(Just cant figure it out)
i guess i know what is is. barrel and handguard look very short and the sight is very flat
hmmmmmmm well when i looked at the images they all looked like that...... or something like that
i couldnt really do much...........im still new
Man, you're modelling for a RTS, not for a FPS...lower these details and the polygons dude. That might lagg the game.
well at first this wasnt for a game.....i was just makin a tank and wanted to mount an m-60 on it
psychoknight just saw it on photobucket and decided it was good....besides have u ever played supreme commander? that game has WAY more complex models and you can have like 500 at least per person
@acwel: I'm a modeler, like you and i know how is hard to keep the high-quality standarts with the limited poly number: remember: a good texture will always do the job.
BTW if you guys are building up an engine that supports, i'd say: 1000 polygons, for one soldier's weapon, in an RTS game, based on infantry, where we would get a lot of soldiers, running around, WITHOUT lagging; ok go for it....
This model looks much better than the sketchup models ... LoL
Anyways keep it up and watch out for the polygon counts ;)
You are making an RTS game man. You don't need all these high polied models, you won't notice any of this ever in game! Lower the poly count severely, an infantry weapon in an RTS game generally doesn't need even 30 polys to make it look good. Take Vietnam | Glory Obscured's M14 rifle for example. It's only 14 polys and all Marines carry one until upgraded to an M16 later in game. The key to the beauty is the texture. I would really drop all these polys for a nice looking texture. But hey what would I know, it's not my game.
