CTA: Weather and Clouds (0.93) addon - Call to Arms

Update: 0.93

Balanced the sh*t outta the storms(No more spam)
added better rain effect so it looks IMMERSIVE.

spawn "weather" and switch to a rain environment to see what I mean.

Update 0.41:

Stopped Thunder_Strike spam from happening too much.

Restored Night flashing lightning.

Fixed Thunder sounds too.

Update 0.4:

Weather entity now has 100 chance to spawn clouds regardless of whether your in a desert or not.

Update 0.3:

changed frequency of lightning to avoid too much lightning happening on maps with alot of map_points. Change it by editing the "{if rand 0.1 {spawn "thunder_strike"}}" value. And the "{delay 264 7 {call "thunder_loop"}}" value.

Also changed the frequency of clouds for performance by removing "{add_view "weather_clouds" "clouds2" "128_up"}" and "{add_view "weather_clouds" "clouds2" "256_up"}".

From now on for maps that don't have map_point entities, you can just spawn "weather" instead of map_points to get clouds. Just checked and it still works on map reload.
