Patch for 'Toilet hands' hidden code file - Call of Duty: United Offensive

On September 27, 2023, I discovered a secret command in Call of Duty: United Offensive (2004) attaching toilets to the hands of NPCs.

Steps to enable this dvar in an unmodified CoD:UO (without the patch below; works only in the first mission)
1) Add the "+set sv_cheats 1" launch parameter
2) Press ~ to bring down the console window
3) Enter these commands into the console:

set toiletry true; devmap bastogne1

I also created this patch, here are the changes:
1) Judging by Jesse Snyder's words, it wasn't supposed that allies would get toilet hands too, so I removed them for allies (but you can re-add them with 'toiletry_allies 1' console command)
2) You can use 'toiletry 1' console command on any official SP map, enabled by default
3) You no longer need to type 'sv_cheats 1' or 'devmap'
4) You can enable or disable this cheat while in-game, without the need to use 'map_restart' console command

Installation: just copy pakuo23.pk3 into \Call of Duty\uo\
