Description
We've been hard at work the last few weeks and excitingly we're almost ready to show off some sword-play animations and the basic combat mechanic! Check back soon for details and a video which will showcase our original (and technically challenging) combat system!

Is it just me or does the sword look tiny? XD
I believe for the sake of quick testing of animation Sam has scaled down our Tachi (which is a pretty large 2 handed sword) to fit in a single hand. Don't worry we'll get a wakizashi in there asap!
The perspective doesn't help either! It is a little on the small side, but when you show a different view it doesn't look hugely disproportionate: Farm8.staticflickr.com

I think it would be really cool if you could add a dotanuki(a variation on the katana with thicker blade, even more efficient in battle) as a very high tier unlockable, exclusive to the samurai
